BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Henry has been a lawyer in the areas of Bankruptcy,
Family Law (Divorce, Paternity, and
Child Custody), and Personal Injury
(Automobile/Truck Accidents) for over 14 years in Florida.
He is licensed to practice law in both the Florida Courts
and the Federal (Middle District) Courts. He is a member of
the Florida Bar, Clay County Bar, Jacksonville Bankruptcy
Bar, and other professional organizations.
Mr. Henry graduated from Creighton University School of Law
in Omaha, NE in 1995. Prior to becoming a solo practitioner,
Mr. Henry worked as a law clerk for the Law Firm of Telpner,
Smith & Ruesch, in the greater Omaha, Nebraska area.
Mr. Henry enjoys donating his time judging Clay County Teen
Court and working as an attorney with Legal Aid to help indigent
persons in the greater Jacksonville area. Mr. Henry has been
an adjunct professor at St. John's River Community College
teaching Business Law.
