Todd W. Henry, Esq.
In autumn of 1996 Todd W. Henry started a law firm in Northeast Florida with one goal: To take care of each client as if they were his only client.
Since that time the firm has grown, but the goal has stayed the same. Todd enjoys handling cases for his clients in the primary areas of Auto Accidents/Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Family Law, and General Civil Litigation. Todd enjoys being referred to by his clients as “our family attorney” and advertises that the firm is “here for you” which means that everyone at Todd Henry Law strives to help each and every client to the best of their ability every day.
Mr. Henry is licensed to practice law in both the Florida Courts and the United States Court for the Middle District of Florida. He’s a member of the Florida Bar, Clay County Bar & Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar.
Todd graduated from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE, in 1995, where he worked as a Westlaw representative and interned with the bankruptcy firm of Telpner Smith.
Mr. Henry donates time to Jacksonville Area Legal Aid to help indigent persons obtain the legal help they need. Todd has earned recognition from Florida Courts for the extensive time he has given to the community.
He also donates time judging Clay County Teen Court – a program to teach young offenders the consequences of their actions while keeping them outside the legal system. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Business Law at St. John’s River Community College (n/k/a, St. John’s River State College).
